As of now, we have not had any customers receive a ban while using our current methods. To minimize risk, we follow a carefully optimized strategy, including dying at specific waves and aiming for completion times of over two hours, which is longer than the average Inferno run.

We do not require your bank PIN.

Before the service begins, you are welcome to bank all valuable items or transfer them to an alternate account if you prefer. If needed, we are also able to lend you the required gear for the run.

If you do not own the required gear, or simply prefer not to risk your own items, we offer a gear lending option.

We will ask you to only have the required untradeable items in your inventory. Our gear will be drop-traded to your character, meaning there is no trade history associated with the transfer.

We use a budget-friendly gear setup to minimize the risk of losing expensive items in the unlikely event of a Parsec disconnection.

• Firecape, (If you have not yet unlocked the inferno yourself.)

• Ava’s device (accumulator / assembler) or Dizana's Quiver

• Runepouch or Divine Rune Pouch

Using your own gear

• Payment is made mid-run from an alternate account.

Using our lent gear

• A 50% deposit is required before the run begins. This deposit serves as collateral for the gear we provide in the unlikely event that the Parsec session is interrupted.

The remaining balance is paid after the run is completed.

• In case of failure for any reason, you receive a full refund or we will do another attempt.

• Although our methods are 99% safe from bans, we are not responsible for any bans/losses incurred during or after the Service.
